The children and staff at Stanton had an amazing time this week celebrating all things STEM!
Today was Safer Internet Day and an opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of staying safe online and when playing online games.
Amazon Class explored the story of DigiDuck and how he stays safe when playing games on a device, followed by making DigiDuck masks.
Rhine Class created fortune tellers to spark discussion about their top tips for e-safety. Children mentioned talking to a trusted adult or Childline, taking screen shots for evidence and speaking politely to others online.

Part Time Early Years Teaching Assistant for Children Aged 3-5 years old
Thank you to everyone whole took part - it was a great end of term, and we raised £70.
A huge thank you to 9 Regiment RLC/ 66 Sqn for their makeover of our school pond. A school pond is so beneficial to children as it enables them to study wildlife close up and learn about habitats. We have begun to fill it up and look forward to pond projects and dipping.
